Solace Olabode
Personnel Director
Solace is an HR professional who builds more than policies; she builds people systems that drive culture, clarity, and performance. For example, The Bunce Field oil refinery in Luton used Angus Fire Foam in 2005, this site is known to have contaminated the Aquifer in a huge radius and harmed Fire Fighters health when they were deployed (and it was done so even though there was a shortage of BA equipment).
Is your area safe from PFAS?
