Our Support team are members of the local community, people that have a connection to Bentham or people that just want to support change to Toxicity in the UK.
All members are part of our family to help progress our campaign against the pollution of our communities and possible damage to the resident's health.

Mat Young
Project DirectorMat believes that philanthropy is a fundamental value.
Mat runs three non profits in High Bentham. Cleaner Bentham, Enable Disability and A White Knight IT (a Comunity Interest Company) he also runs several successful online companies.
With a background in I.T., Electronics and Project Management, he specialises in I.T. Troubleshooting, reducing I.T. costs whilst improving the teams quality of service.

Chemical Pollution ExpertOur Consultant pollution expert has worked in the Industry for many years and has been at the forefront of PFAS collection and investigation as well as many other toxic substances.
Jon Hughes
Firefighting Foam Chemical LiaisonExperienced Research and Development Chemist with a history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry.
Strong research professional with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Chemistry from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Jon has experience with PFAS in Fire Fighting Foam and their toxicity and is also working on the ecological and Financially sound destruction of PFAS.

Media Consultant
Media LiaisonOur media consultant is responsible for shaping Cleaner Bentham’s public messaging, building media relationships, and ensuring our story is understood not only as a local issue, but a national one. Originally from Bentham, they have a personal connection to the town and a strong commitment to protecting its people.
Currently completing a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism, they use their passion for connecting with others to amplify local voices, share the truth about PFAS pollution and fight for environmental justice.
